INTEGRATED POLICY:
QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT, AND OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY

1. Object and Scope

The present Integrated Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety Policy establishes REPLASA’s framework of reference for the systematic and coherent management of its activities, processes, and decisions, with the objective of:

  • Guaranteeing the quality of its products and services.
  • Protecting the environment and preventing pollution.
  • Providing safe and healthy working conditions, eliminating hazards and reducing risks to the safety and health of people.
  • Driving continuous improvement of the organization’s global performance by carrying out sustainable development.

This Policy constitutes the framework document of REPLASA’s Integrated Management System, developed and maintained in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, and is consistent with the corporate strategy, purpose, mission, vision, and values of the organization.

The scope of this Policy extends to all activities, products, services, work centers, and levels of the organization, as well as to all persons working for REPLASA or on its behalf.

Likewise, it is applicable in relations with relevant interested parties, including customers, suppliers, and other collaborators in the value chain, to the extent that their activities may influence quality, environmental performance, or occupational health and safety.

2. Reference Framework and Strategic Alignment

REPLASA’s Integrated Policy is based on an integral management approach, aligned with the corporate strategy and with the principles defined in the organization’s current Strategic Fundamentals.

The Integrated Management System is conceived as a strategic element of the business model, oriented toward guaranteeing the reliability of processes, technical excellence, environmental protection, and care for people, reinforcing the trust of customers, collaborators, and other interested parties.

This Policy constitutes the framework of reference for establishing the objectives of the Integrated Management System, ensuring coherence between business strategy and daily operational management.

The Management of REPLASA assumes the leadership and ultimate responsibility for the Integrated Management System and manifests its unequivocal commitment to quality, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety as essential pillars for business sustainability.

This Policy:

  • serves as a framework for establishing the objectives of the Integrated Management System.

The Policy is reviewed periodically to ensure its suitability, adequacy, effectiveness, and alignment with the organization’s strategy, remaining documented, controlled, and updated within REPLASA’s documentary system.
